Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting financial audits, including verifying financial statements, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and provide support in tax planning and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to analyze financial data, assess risk factors, and provide recommendations for improving financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Engage in client interactions to gather necessary information, resolve queries, and provide professional services.
• Assist in the research and interpretation of accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audit and accounting procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a passion for pursuing a career as a Chartered Accountant.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation concepts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
